16PF

This stands for "16 Personality Factors", and is used by us to help identify the personality traits of clients, if they wish for this service.

16PF uses a questionnaire to determine the extent , be it either high or low range, and is an important tool in knowing how to get the best out of your people.

Originally created by Raymond Cattell, harnessing the power of today's computers has allowed us to use a much more thorough, and thus more useful, test.

16PF

As opposed to our MBTI test, 16PF can also be used for selection purposes, especially within the context of organic recruitment. It can be used also as a motivational tool, by telling employees that the results of their tests will help match them with any possible promotion oppourtunities.

Unlike other common personal profiling tools such as MBTI, the 16PF defines our underlying personality, without regard to how we apply it or the environment.

Personality profiles such as 16PF measure the basic features of the PC such as the size of the hard disk, RAM, processing speed and so on. They're relatively unchanging features of the PC that strongly influence its performance, but which we don't normally see. This is the same as humans, the 16PF can tell us our capacity and potential, so is very useful for recruiting and team management.
