Business change leadership

·         Led a 70-strong team of Boots managers and consultants responsible for creating a future process blueprint for the operation
·         Launched the resulting £120m systems change programme
·        
Led the creation of a category based organisation in Boots manufacturing and initiated large scale process and systems reengineering with an estimated value of £35m.
 

Strategic consulting

·         Led the creation of a new ‘strategic intent’ for the Boots group which resulted in the focus on health and beauty businesses
·         Led the group’s 25-strong corporate development and analysis function responsible for devising and operating the top level strategic management processes
