Neil's
management career
consisted of various roles in operations, marketing and strategy
development for large organisations including Marks & Spencer, Grand
Metropolitan, Scottish & Newcastle Retail (Brands Director) and Spirit
Group (Operations Planning Director).
Since founding Optima Consulting in 2002 he assisted clients in a number
of sectors develop sustainable growth strategies.
Much
of his work has focussed on the following areas:

Segmentation modelling
Brand development
Customer service strategy, delivery and measurement
Market intelligence and analysis
