Carol Daniels

 

Carol Daniels has had much experience working as an Equality and Diversity practitioner: co-designer and co-facilitator of the Gender Sensitive Management programme and is a licensed Springboard Trainer.

Much of her work has focussed on the following areas:

• Coaching of senior individuals
• Design and delivery of leadership development programmes
• Facilitation of senior management groups
• Observation and feedback of Board dynamics for effective meetings
• Design and delivery of diversity enlightenment workshops
 

Some of her recent projects include:

• A nine month project to develop the commercial focus of IMI Vision through individual and team coaching of engineers, in the UK and the USA, in relationship skills.

• An eighteen month programme to develop collective leadership within Barclaycard Business, this involved working with two newly formed executive teams through team and individual coaching adopting a participatory and action oriented approach.

• Coach for the Board members at Barclaycard UK. Providing 1:1 and team coaching to develop ‘collective leadership’ within the executive team over an eight month period.

• Co-facilitation of a Gender Sensitive Management programme for the Diploma course with the Institute of Development of Human Potential (IDHP) and for the MSc Change Management students at the University of Surrey.

• Introduction of the Gender Sensitive Management programme to the Metropolitan Police Service providing insights and support to E&D trainers.
