Spring is here and as the season changes, so the focus of this issue is on change and how to achieve it without resistance in yourself and others.

We all know that change is all around us and it’s going faster and faster and promoting change as a central part of our jobs and lives.

Most of us are all too familiar with the resistance that we encounter from people when we are trying to make things happen. We treat it as an inevitable feature of change.

What though, if resistance is not inevitable? What if it is a product of the way we go about change?

This issue focuses on achieving change without resistance and on Appreciative Inquiry, a leading edge approach to doing just that.
