Happy new year and welcome to Leadership Connections’ second newsletter.

This month’s theme is leading together – something which I think is greatly overlooked, both in organisations and in life.

Few of us achieve very much by leading alone - we need the complementary skills and resources of others to achieve anything really important – both at work and at home.

Below are a number of perspectives on what it means to lead together and some ideas for how to do it better.

So whether you are a member of a leadership team that could do better or you are a team member, or even a parent - I hope you find some help from these thoughts.
