Leadership Connections is a leadership consultancy also offering HR training, large scale change, leadership safari and mentoring
We have jointly founded, with two American organisations, a company called AcaciaTree.
Our vision is to create leadership development programmes around real world projects for communities in need.
Our first trip was to Kenya in June 2005 where we helped build a school with a Maasai village and discovered just how much we have to learn from these amazing people.
John Scherer has written a number of articles, three of which can be accessed below, about our learning from the Maasai on issues related to leadership.
Lessons from Kenya - The Power of Community
Lessons from Kenya - Time, Master or Slave?
Lessons from Kenya - Resistance to Change
Lessons from Africa - Coaching and International Development
