Recruiting new leaders typically costs up to 25% of salary. Managing out (or paying off) underperformers can cost more than a year's
salary. Whilst these costs are very high, the real cost to an organisation of
a leaders underperforming is much higher in lost business opportunities and
their effect on those around them. Turning this underperformance around can
save many times an individual's salary.

We are so confident that our approach will deliver results that we split our fee so that half is paid in advance and half is paid at the end of the assignment. The second half is only payable if we succeed in shifting the individuals performance as agreed.
Performance Shift Coaching is a six month programme. The content will vary according to the individual, their needs and their preferences. They will see us as much as they need over that period, whenever and wherever they want. We will not, however, use any more of their time than is absolutely necessary.
We charge a fee equivalent to one months salary for the individual.
If we succeed we will save you many times that figure, if the individual
doesn't shift their level of performance the cost is only half of that and you
will know that there is nothing more you could have done to move them on -
making the choice of alternative approach much easier.
