Why might you need it?

Team coaching varies even more than one to one coaching. It can help when you need to:

If performance or progress are being impeded by a team which could be more effective then team coaching may well be able to help.

What does it look like?

Team Coaching is different to Teambuilding. Teambuilding usually emphasises the improvement of relationships in the team – and can therefore take many forms including, for example, outdoor activities. Whilst this can be useful it is increasingly a luxury which few teams can afford and there can also be issues with the transfer of the learning back into the workplace.

The focus of team coaching is on learning while tackling the immediate challenges facing the team. The relationships required to deliver on the goals of the team are developed while making progress on the work. Location can be at the client’s premises but we often find that this leads to distractions and interruptions. For this reason, wherever possible, we recommend that meetings be held off-site – usually in dedicated meeting rooms in hotels or other conference venues.

Let's Talk

The easiest way to understand how we can help, and whether you feel that you could work with us, is to begin with a conversation.

We don't believe in a "hard sell" and often find that people get value out of the exploratory discussion - whether or not we go on to work together.
